1. Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based digital software services (SaaS) offered by FileProtectApp.com. As we provide digital services only, no physical goods are sold, returned, or exchanged.

2. No Physical Returns

Because our products are delivered digitally: there are no physical items to return and traditional return or exchange processes do not apply. All refund requests are handled according to the terms below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, A refund will be provided if: The customer cancels the subscription within the 14-day refund period, or The customer experiences a billing error or duplicate charge. Once the refund window has expired, the transaction is considered final.

4. Return & Refund Timeframe

Refunds are not available after the 14-day refund period has elapsed. After this period: All charges are non-refundable No refunds are issued for unused time, partial subscription periods, or subsequent renewal payments Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following situations: Change of mind after access to the software has been granted, partial use of the subscription period, failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle, inactivity or non-usage of the service, or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard. Upon cancellation: The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
